OVER 25 YEARS OF SERVICE

Art Move started in 1983, transporting and installing artworks for dealers, galleries, artists and collectors in and around London.  Our good reputation spread rapidly and we became a Limited Company in 1986 as we took on more and bigger clients.

The beginning of the 1990s saw us opening our Fine Art Store in Battersea and establishing our regular run from London up to Scotland which continues to this day.  We also expanded our international shipping operations.

More recently, at the behest of some of our increasingly international clients, we have added Customs Bonded status to our greatly expanded art storage space.

But throughout all this time, it has been the Art Move staff who have kept our clients coming back time and again:  We have several clients who have been with us since the very early days (eg the Palace of Westminster, the Fine Art Society plc, the National Portrait Gallery, among others).  Even though the director, Alistair Adie, is now the only one left who has been there since the beginning, all our teams down the years have been characterised by the same valuable house style:  A helpful and intelligent approach.
